Wild berries and chia cream

Fresh, delicious, nutritious, anti-oxidant ... When you try this wild berries and chia cream you won't want anything else.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of frozen wild berries
  • 1 cup of vegetable drink (rice and coconut "milk" or other)
  • 3 Tbsp of chia 
  • ½ banana (optional, for sweetening)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Coconut sugar (optional as topping)
  • Dehydrated fruits (optional as topping - I used pineapple)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind everything.
Separate in cups and keep in the cold. Add coconut sugar if you want to sweeten it up a bit, like topping. You can also add some dehydrated fruits as topping.
