Wild berries and chia cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen wild berries
- 1 cup of vegetable drink (rice and coconut "milk" or other)
- 3 Tbsp of chia
- ½ banana (optional, for sweetening)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Coconut sugar (optional as topping)
- Dehydrated fruits (optional as topping - I used pineapple)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind everything.
Separate in cups and keep in the cold. Add coconut sugar if you want to sweeten it up a bit, like topping. You can also add some dehydrated fruits as topping.
