Vegan delicious pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oat flakes
- 1 cup of vegetable drink (I used coconut and rice drink)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp of grinded flax seeds
- Pinch of vanilla
- Coconut oil to fry
Topping (optional)
- Apple puree and cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and grind.
Bring a pan to the heat with ½ tsp of coconut oil and let it warm up. When it is hot, add the mixture (one soup ladle per pancake). Make sure it is golden brown under the pancake and, when it is, turn and fry on the other side until golden brown.
Serve plain (de-li-ci-ous!) Or sprinkled with cinnamon or add apple puree or other topping. Enjoy!
