Ingredients

Strawberry and coconut “yogurt”
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup of chia
- 3 Tbsp of natural coconut yogurt (fermented coconut)
- ½ cup of rice and coconut drink
- ½ banana
- 1 Tbsp of shelled hemp seeds
- 3 Tbsp of grated coconut
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of vanilla
- Coconut sugar (optional as a topping when serving)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a food processor (or in a bowl and use the blender) and mix/ grind everything. Put the "yogurt" into small bowls and place them in the fridge. After 3 hours in the fridge they are ready for consumption. Enjoy!
