Ingredients

Pancakes with cinnamon
- 2 organic eggs
- ½ - 1 banana
- 3 Tbsp of oat flakes
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Olive oil
Preparation
Place the eggs, banana and oat flakes in a food processor and grind (or use a blender).
Place a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over a fire, and when it is hot, add a little of the batter to make the pancakes. Carefully turn the pancake over to cook on both sides.
When ready, serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
