Overnight oats

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp of oats
  • 2 Tbsp of chia (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp of grinded flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1 handful of nuts
  • 1 fruit (kiwi, apple...)
  • ½ limão zest
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 and ½ cup of vegetable drink (like rice and coconut "milk")
Preparation
In a bowl, place the oat flakes, the chia seeds and the grinded flax seeds (if you use them), and the vegetable drink. Mix these ingredients and let it stand overnight. In the morning, add the nuts and the fruit small pieces, the lemon zest and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon. Enjoy!
