For breakfast or a morning or afternoon snack, this oat and chia cream is wonderful and super nutritious.

Oat and chia cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen red fruits
- 1 and ½ cup of vegetable drink (rice and coconut "milk" or other)
- 2 Tbsp of chia
- 2 Tbsp of oat flakes
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ -1 banana (optional, to make it sweeter)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind everything.
Separate into cups and keep in the cold. Enjoy!
