Fresh, practical, nutritious. This chia pudding is a delicious way to include more calcium in your diet.
Chia pudding with fruit
- 3 Tbsp of chia
- 1 cup of vegetable drink (like coconut and rice drink)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 fruit (kiwi, apple, berries, papaya ...)
- Zest of organic ½ lemon
In a container place the 3 tablespoons of chia and the vegetable drink and mix well. Let it stand overnight. The next day, add the pinch of cinnamon, the fruit cut into pieces and the lemon zest. Enjoy!
